Do the arithmetic before choosing the term. Twelve months at $29.99 is $359.88; the annual plan is $293.88, so committing for a year saves $66. Planify's own billing toggle labels annual as “−16%”, but measured against the $29.99 monthly rate the saving is closer to 18%. Either way it is a small enough sum that the month-to-month plan is a reasonable way to run a real project through the product before committing.
What “no per-seat” actually means here
Planify's pricing FAQ answers the team question directly: asked whether a team of four pays per seat, it replies "No. Planify is $29.99/month flat. Add your entire studio, manage unlimited projects, and use all features without any hidden per-user fees." That is the strongest version of flat pricing in this category — one price for the whole studio at any headcount, with no tier steps at all.
It is worth being precise about how rare that is. NYA is flat inside a tier but steps at five people and again above; Design Manager and Studio Designer charge for every user; Gather and Programa add a seat fee. Planify and NYA are the two products in the no-per-seat comparison, and Planify is the flatter of the two.

Where the scope ends
Planify is a delivery product. Its published feature set covers FF&E schedules, product import, approvals, proposals, documents, budgets and scheduling — the work that happens after a client is engaged. Nothing on its site describes a CRM, a double-entry ledger or an invoicing system, so leads before the project and books after it stay in whatever you use today.
The trial
Twenty-one days, all features, and no credit card — its FAQ says "We don't ask for a credit card upfront, so there's no risk of accidental charges if you decide it's not for you." That is the longest no-card trial among the products we track, and long enough to run a genuine project through rather than a demo. Compare Design Manager's seven days and Houzz Pro's 30 days, which its own trial page says rolls into a 12-month minimum term.
