Watch for the costs that are not on the pricing page
- Contract length. Houzz Pro's free-trial page states a 12-month minimum term.
- Onboarding and migration fees, which several vendors charge separately from the subscription.
- Payment processing margin. Some platforms mark up card and ACH fees above cost — worth checking if you collect client payments in-app.
- Advertising, which is a different product from software. Houzz Pro lists advertising starting at $499/mo.
