Houzz Pro pricing in 2026: every number we could actually verify
Houzz Pro publishes no subscription price for any paid tier. Here is what its own pages do state — seat costs, advertising minimums and the 12-month contract — checked on 2026-07-29.
All competitor prices on this page were taken from the vendor's own pricing page on July 29, 2026 and are linked at the bottom. Prices change — tell us if you spot one that has.
If you have tried to find out what Houzz Pro costs, you already know the problem: the aggregator sites ranking for this question disagree with each other, quoting anything from $55 to $399 a month. So we went to Houzz's own pages and wrote down only what they actually say.
What Houzz Pro's own pages do state
| Item | Published price | Where it appears |
|---|---|---|
| Additional user seats | $60 / user / mo | Pricing page comparison table (1 seat included on Pro) |
| Advertising package | Starting at $499/mo | Pricing page |
| Pro / Custom / Enterprise subscription | Not published — demo-gated | Pricing page |
| Minimum contract length | 12 months | Free-trial page |
The part that costs people the most money
“Your Essential package will automatically continue after the end of your free trial if you don't cancel it. Minimum contract lengths are 12 months.”
That single sentence is why so many of the complaints about Houzz Pro are about billing rather than the software. A free trial that converts into a twelve-month minimum is a very different product from a free trial you can walk away from.
What a five-person studio actually pays
Because the base price is not published, the honest answer is that nobody outside Houzz can tell you. What can be stated is the seat maths: every user after the first adds $60 a month, so a five-person team pays the unpublished base plus $240 a month before any advertising.
| Software | 1 seat | 3 seats | 5 seats | Billing model |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| NYA Pro | $49 | $129 | $129 | Flat per firm |
| DesignFiles (Full Service) | $75 | $135 | $195 | $75 + $30/user |
| Programa (Pro) | $71 | $133 | $195 | $71 + $31/seat |
| Studio Designer (Essentials, annual) | $69 | $207 | $345 | Per user |
| Studio Designer (Premier, annual) | $109 | $327 | $545 | Per user |
| Gather (Spec Pro) | $199 | $277 | $355 | $199 + $39/seat |
| Houzz Pro | Not published | Not published | Not published | Base + $60/user |
How NYA Pro compares
We publish our prices, we charge per firm rather than per seat, and the trial is 7 days with no card and no contract. A five-person studio pays $129 a month, flat. That is the whole pitch — you can check it against the table above without talking to a salesperson.
