- Is the price really flat?
- Yes. $49, $129, or $299 a month covers your whole firm. The only thing a bigger plan buys is more studio seats — one on Solo, up to five on Studio, unlimited on Firm. Clients and outside collaborators are free and unlimited on every plan, so your bill never grows because a project added people.
- What counts as a studio seat?
- Someone who logs in to do the work: designers, project managers, anyone building selections, drawings, proposals, or invoices. Clients approving selections and paying invoices never take a seat, and on Firm your subs and install crews get access too.
- Are any features locked behind higher tiers?
- No. Every plan ships the entire product — selections, mood boards, schedules, reflected ceiling plans, proposals, invoices, and the client portal. Tiers change how many people in your studio can log in, not what the software does.
- How does the free trial work?
- Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you don't enter a card to begin. When the trial ends you pick a plan; until then you have the full product, not a demo.
- How does yearly billing work?
- A year costs 10 months — two months free. Solo is $490 a year instead of $588, Studio $1,290 instead of $1,548, Firm $2,990 instead of $3,588. Monthly billing is always available and you can switch between the two.
- Can I switch plans or cancel?
- Any time, from your billing settings — no calls, no contracts, no cancellation flow that argues with you.
