Terms of service

Your account

You need an account to use NYA Pro, and you are responsible for what happens under it — including keeping your password safe and controlling who you invite into your workspace. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Trial and billing

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial that requires a card. Nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, the subscription converts automatically to the plan you chose and your card is charged. Stripe emails you before that happens.

Plans are billed monthly in advance at the price shown when you subscribe: Solo $49, Studio $129, Firm $299 per month. One free trial per workspace.

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing, including during the trial. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not require a phone call, a retention conversation, or notice.

If a payment fails we will retry and tell you. If it keeps failing we may suspend access until it is resolved. Fees are exclusive of taxes, which we add where required. If we change prices, existing subscribers get notice before it applies to them.

Taking payments from your clients

If you enable client payments, you connect your own Stripe account and become the merchant of record for those transactions. Your clients pay you, not us. You are responsible for the underlying work, for refunds, and for handling chargebacks and disputes with your clients. We may charge a platform fee per transaction, disclosed before you enable it. Stripe's own terms apply to your connected account.

Your content stays yours

You own everything you put into NYA Pro — your projects, drawings, documents and client records. You grant us only the permission needed to host, process and display it back to you and to the people you share it with. We claim no ownership and we do not use your content to train AI models.

You are responsible for having the right to upload what you upload, and for the lawful basis to store your clients' personal details with us.

Acceptable use

Do not use NYA Pro to break the law, infringe someone else's rights, send spam, upload malware, attack or probe the service, scrape it, resell it as your own product, or attempt to reach data belonging to another workspace. We may suspend accounts doing these things.

Availability

We work to keep NYA Pro running but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change or retire features. If we retire something you depend on, we will give reasonable notice and a way to export your data.

Ending it

You can stop using NYA Pro and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms or that we are legally required to act on. When an account closes, we delete the workspace as described in the privacy policy. Export anything you want to keep first.

Warranties and liability

NYA Pro is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost data.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they may not apply to you.

Governing law: to be completed with the jurisdiction NYA Pro operates from. Until then, mandatory local law applies where you are.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will tell you in the product before it takes effect, and continuing to use NYA Pro after that means you accept the update.
