From inquiry to signed proposal

Inquiries arrive messy — a referral text, an Instagram DM, a form fill. Each becomes a card in one pipeline (new, qualified, proposal, won, lost) with budget and next action on it, so good projects stop slipping while you are heads-down on an install. Proposals are built from line items, sent to the client, and signed in their portal; draft, sent, signed is a status you can see, not a thread you have to reread. Winning the job converts the lead into a project — nothing gets retyped.

Selections without the spreadsheet

The clipper extension files any product from any store onto the project — photo, price, vendor — and paste-a-link works when you'd rather not leave the app. Selections are organized by area, and every item carries its own approval status, so "did she ever confirm the sconces?" has an answer you can look up instead of a scroll through texts. Mood boards hold the concept; purchase orders pick up the approved items; expenses and budget vs actual keep the money attached to the work.

A client portal that ends the check-in calls

Every project gets a portal your client opens from a private link — no account, no password to reset. It shows progress, the current stage, the next milestone, studio updates, sent proposals, and open invoices. Clients who can see where things stand ask fewer "just checking in" questions, and the ones they do ask arrive through the portal instead of your Sunday-evening texts.

Selections are approved in that portal, item by item, from a phone. Each one can be approved, declined, or asked about — the third option matters, because "yes, but in brass" is the most common real answer and two buttons push it back into email. Links are named and scoped, so the builder sees the finish schedule without seeing your budget, and any link can be revoked on its own.

One link holds one answer, which is why we suggest sending each decision-maker their own. Put a couple on a shared link, as most tools do, and the second person to click overwrites the first — so the studio sees a settled verdict where there was actually a disagreement. Separate links keep both answers, attributed, and show you exactly which items the two of them split on before anything is ordered.
